Strategic Sourcer – Talent Acquisition for Spain & Portugal

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Strategic Sourcer to lead candidate sourcing and screening for key hiring needs across Spain and Portugal. You will partner with recruitment leads to design and execute sourcing strategies that attract both active and passive talent, ensuring a robust pipeline for current and future demand.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Recruiting and Sourcing leads to define sourcing strategies for assigned regions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet “always‑on” hiring demands.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert on sourcing tools, channels, and methodologies.
• Deliver pre‑qualified candidates in line with SLAs and KPIs.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience and nurture relationships with prospects.
• Generate reporting, stakeholder updates, and data‑driven insights.
• Participate in sourcing meetings, project plans, and Europe‑wide initiatives.
• Coach and develop junior team members.

Required profile

• Strong communicator comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
• Proven experience in high‑volume and niche talent sourcing.
• Collaborative team player with a growth mindset.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Boolean and X‑Ray search techniques.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience leveraging ATS and CRM data for reporting.
