Sr Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead capacity and resource allocation for our Managed Services squads. The role supports a hybrid/remote workforce, ensuring delivery excellence for a portfolio of high‑profile consumer and entertainment brands.

Key responsibilities

• Track capacity, utilisation and workload balance across squads, providing forward‑looking forecasts.
• Monitor hours consumption against retainer allocations, flagging overruns or under‑utilisation.
• Identify delivery risks early (timeline slippage, bottlenecks, scope creep) and coordinate mitigation with squad and tech leads.
• Manage squad‑level delivery processes: maintain backlogs, track sprint progress, and coordinate ceremonies such as planning, retrospectives and demos.
• Partner with the London‑based Senior PM to align client commitments with internal capacity.
• Support the Director of Managed Services with operational reporting on utilisation, team health and portfolio status.
• Maintain documentation hygiene in tools like Jira, Notion and Tempo.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes, templates and tooling.

Required profile

• 4–6+ years of experience in project, delivery or operations management within a digital agency, consultancy or software delivery environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with strong attention to detail.
• Hands‑on experience in resource or capacity management and operational reporting.
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience running sprint ceremonies.
