Specialist, Site Contracts

About the role

The Specialist, Site Contracts will lead the preparation, negotiation, and execution of agreements with research sites, ensuring studies stay compliant, efficient, and on schedule. This remote position supports global clinical research teams across Argentina and Brazil.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage country‑specific contract templates, site agreements, amendments, and related documentation.
• Lead negotiations of contract terms and site budgets to enable timely study start‑up.
• Partner with sites, sponsors, legal, regulatory, data‑privacy, and study teams to resolve contract issues and drive finalization.
• Track negotiation progress, maintain accurate status updates, and provide visibility into timelines.
• Escalate risks, non‑standard requests, and challenges to appropriate stakeholders.
• Review contracts for accuracy, completeness, compliance, and quality before execution.
• Coordinate contract translations and incorporate country‑specific requirements.
• Facilitate execution and distribution of fully executed agreements.
• Support amendment, termination, donation, and other contract‑related documentation throughout the lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Life Sciences or related field.
• 1‑3 years experience in pharmaceutical, clinical research, CRO, or investigator/site contracts.
• Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of ICH‑GCP, clinical trial regulations and local regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret contract terms and identify risks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
