Spanish Sales Customer Service Representative

About the role

Asiacruit is seeking a bilingual Spanish Sales Customer Service Representative to manage Spanish‑speaking accounts, drive revenue through consultative selling, and deliver high‑quality support across phone, chat, and email. The role balances sales targets with exceptional customer experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales and service interactions in Spanish, using English for escalations when needed.
• Convert inbound inquiries and follow up on leads to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Apply consultative selling techniques to identify needs, recommend solutions, and close sales while ensuring compliance.
• Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and follow‑up tasks in CRM systems.
• Participate in campaign briefings, coaching sessions, and team huddles to align on scripts and objection‑handling strategies.
• Collaborate with operations, billing, product, and quality teams to resolve complex issues and ensure smooth post‑sale experiences.
• Support upsell and retention activities such as renewals, add‑on offers, and loyalty programs.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of customer service or sales experience supporting Spanish‑speaking customers, preferably at a mid‑to‑senior level.
• Native or near‑native fluency in Spanish and proficient spoken and written English.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a contact‑center or inside‑sales environment.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven, fast‑paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM and ticketing platforms such as Salesforce and Zendesk.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and objection‑handling abilities.
