Spanish & English Content Moderator – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Spanish‑English Content Moderator to join our mobile gaming team. You will help maintain a safe and engaging environment for players on our flagship social gaming platform, reviewing user‑generated content and addressing player inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Review Spanish‑language text and audio content promptly and accurately according to established guidelines.
• Collect, organize, and summarize reports of user violations and other issues to improve moderation standards.
• Gather feedback from local game users and work with customer service and PR teams to enhance the social environment.
• Respond to daily player inquiries and in‑game issues, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Summarize user issues and suggestions, providing actionable feedback to product and operations teams.
• Collaborate with operations and product teams to sustain positive user relationships.

Required profile

• Prior experience in Spanish‑language customer service or content moderation (preferred).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for the gaming industry and a strong user‑service mindset.
• Highly responsible, team‑oriented, and able to follow work assignments with a positive attitude.
