Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team. You will provide voice and chat support in both Spanish and English, helping a diverse customer base resolve issues quickly and positively.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via inbound calls, live chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Personalize interactions to build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve the overall customer experience.
• Provide feedback to refine service processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Personal PC or laptop with a minimum i5 processor.
• Stable internet connection (≥25 Mbps upload/download).
