South American Launch Specialist (Customer Onboarding)

About the role

As a South American Launch Specialist you will be among the first to establish Halter’s presence across Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil. You will own the end‑to‑end onboarding experience for new customers, bringing cutting‑edge livestock technology to ranches and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to long‑term adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle deployments from sales handoff to operational handover.
• Travel to estancias and fazendas across the three countries to install and configure Halter systems on‑site.
• Train cattle producers and their staff on hardware and software usage.
• Provide day‑to‑day support during the initial rollout period.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout deployment.
• Gather feedback from field operations and relay insights to the Product team to adapt the solution to local ranching practices.

Required profile

• Strong interest in agriculture technology and sustainable livestock management.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish (and preferably Portuguese) to work directly with producers.
• Ability to thrive in a hands‑on, field‑based environment with frequent travel.
• Self‑motivated, ownership‑driven and comfortable solving problems on the ground.

Required skills

• Experience with on‑site technology deployment and user training.
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot hardware and software components in a rural setting.
