Sourcer – Remote (Buenos Aires)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sourcer to join our recruitment team supporting technical and scientific equipment companies across the UK and EU. The role is fully remote and based in Buenos Aires, allowing you to source talent for a variety of positions in healthcare, laboratory, and research environments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market mapping and research to build and maintain candidate pipelines using target company lists, Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal databases.
• Identify and qualify candidates that match role briefs provided by recruiters.
• Execute written outreach across LinkedIn, email, and job boards using approved messaging frameworks.
• Manage follow‑ups, track candidate responses, and keep internal systems up to date.
• Book initial calls and hand over qualified candidates to recruiters for further engagement.

Required profile

• Research‑driven and process‑oriented mindset.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to handle high‑volume outreach.
• Eligibility to work remotely from any Latin American country, with a CV submitted in English.
• Willingness to provide an optional video introduction to enhance candidacy.
