Software Engineer (Integrations)

About the role

As a Software Engineer on the Integrations team, you will build and maintain Dialpad’s native integrations that enable real‑time automation and data exchange between our platform and complementary systems. You will work closely with engineering, product, business leaders, customers, and external partners, with a focus on Agentic AI‑compatible integrations. The position reports to the Engineering Manager and is based in our Buenos Aires office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain key native integrations such as Zendesk, HubSpot, AthenaHealth, and others.
• Write architectural design and specification documents.
• Implement well‑tested features with appropriate test hooks to ensure low defect rates.
• Produce clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices, accompanied by unit tests.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
• Support emerging Agentic AI technologies and related initiatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience as a software engineer.
