Software Engineer, Go

About the role

Command|Link is seeking a Go Engineer to join its platform team. You will build and maintain the back‑end services that power a global SaaS platform, working in a fully remote, high‑trust environment where your contributions are visible and supported.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and operate scalable Go services and APIs for a worldwide customer base.
• Participate in technical design and architecture discussions, balancing speed of delivery with long‑term maintainability.
• Write concurrent, performant Go code using goroutines, channels, and context.
• Integrate third‑party APIs, telemetry systems, and network infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teammates to turn requirements into high‑quality features.
• Produce clean, testable, well‑documented code and engage in code reviews.
• Identify and resolve performance, reliability, and scalability issues with senior‑engineer support.
• Take part in on‑call rotations and promote operational excellence.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of professional software engineering experience building back‑end services.
• Solid proficiency in Go or strong experience in another back‑end language with demonstrated progress learning Go.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful or event‑driven APIs.
• Familiarity with containerized environments.
