Main Missions

• Identify bugs and provide structured, actionable feedback to refine machine learning outputs.

Candidate Profile

• Proficient software engineer (Junior, Mid, or Senior level) with strong debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently in an asynchronous, remote setting.
• Strong analytical mindset with an eye for detail in code quality.
• Must be legally authorized to work in one of the supported Latin American countries.
• No prior experience in AI is required; we value your core programming expertise.

Required Skills

• Mastery of at least one: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Rust.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and best practices.
• Excellent written communication skills for providing structured feedback.
