Social Media Strategist & Growth Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are an early‑stage entertainment startup focused on high‑growth short‑form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. We need a creative, trend‑native professional to lead content production and audience growth across these platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Script, produce, edit, and publish high‑volume short‑form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Research daily trends, viral formats, creators, audio cues, and entertainment news.
• Execute and continuously optimize the organic growth strategy on all platforms.
• Analyze performance data to improve retention, engagement, and reach.
• Integrate AI tools into ideation, editing, workflow automation, and creative production.
• Engage with comments, trends, and online conversations to boost visibility and community connection.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
• Strong video‑editing and storytelling abilities.
• Deep understanding of internet culture, social‑media trends, and organic growth tactics.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools for content creation.
• Fluent English communication (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving startup environment.
