Social Media Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a creative, execution‑driven Social Media Manager to own the organic social presence for our US‑based clients. Working fully remote from LATAM, you will be the daily voice of each brand, crafting engaging content and fostering authentic community interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute a multi‑platform content calendar (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook) aligned with US market trends.
• Write compelling English captions, scripts, and basic visual concepts that reflect each brand’s voice.
• Monitor feeds daily, respond to DMs/comments with empathy and brand‑aligned wit, and nurture audience engagement.
• Track basic KPIs (reach, engagement, growth) using native platform insights and share weekly performance insights.
• Stay ahead of trending formats, audios, and platform updates to keep the brand’s presence sharp.

Required profile

• 1+ years managing social media channels for professional brands or agencies.
• Bilingual English proficiency with flawless, native‑sounding copywriting ability.
• Highly organized, tech‑savvy, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience with publishing and monitoring tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or Later.
• Strong copywriting and basic visual concept creation.
• Ability to analyze platform insights and report on performance metrics.
