Social Media Manager – LATAM (Remote)

About the role

Talent Bridging is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager for the LATAM region. This full‑time remote position will lead digital marketing initiatives, strengthen the brand’s online presence, and drive measurable business growth across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaign calendars.
• Manage social media and digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Create, publish, and oversee engaging content, coordinating with designers, copywriters, and video editors.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and analyze performance metrics.
• Act as the central point of coordination for marketing projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and team workflows.
• Delegate tasks to internal team members and external contractors, ensuring on‑time delivery.
• Track campaign performance, generate reports, and optimize results based on analytics.
• Improve internal documentation, streamline marketing processes, and support company growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media marketing and digital campaign management.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
