Social Media Manager

About the role

Wallbit is seeking a Social Media Manager who thrives in a high‑velocity environment, thinks in communities, and can turn a fintech product into content people want to follow. You will own the content strategy across multiple platforms and adapt messaging for diverse LATAM markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the monthly content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.
• Adapt tone and messaging by market (AR, CO, MX, BO) and audience vertical (freelancers, investors, travelers, SMBs).
• Align organic content with paid campaigns, product launches, and market moments.
• Brief and oversee production of reels, carousels, stories, and copy with the creative team.
• Write and edit copy for educational, product, community, and financial‑literacy registers.
• Maintain visual and voice consistency with Wallbit’s brand guidelines.
• Moderate comments and DMs across all platforms.
• Spot viralization opportunities, trending topics, and relevant conversations in fintech/crypto/remote‑work space.
• Coordinate creator activations: briefing, asset delivery, and post‑review.
• Report weekly on reach, engagement, follower growth, and CTR to download/sign‑up.
• Propose data‑driven optimizations around formats, posting times, and markets.
• Collaborate with Growth and Product teams to align messaging and product launches.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management within fintech, crypto, or fast‑paced startup environments.
• Proven ability to build and engage communities across LATAM markets.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone by platform and audience.
• Data‑driven mindset.
• Experience coordinating with content creators and influencers.
• Comfortable using AI tools to scale content production.
