About the role

Publicity For Good (PFG) is seeking a Social Media Account Manager to oversee daily management, execution, and performance of internal and external social media accounts. This full‑time contract position offers a target pay of $693 USD per month with a performance‑based advancement system.

Key responsibilities

• Manage content scheduling, posting, engagement, and growth strategies for assigned accounts.
• Develop detailed content calendars and tailor content to each account’s objectives.
• Write scripts for video and other content productions aligned with strategic goals.
• Edit and refine social media content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Own accountability for achieving established performance metrics (engagement, growth, reach).
• Communicate proactively with internal teams to ensure content alignment.
• Collaborate closely with teammates on strategy and execution.
• Analyze account performance and adjust strategies for optimal results.

Required profile

• Strong social media management experience with proven editing skills.
• Excellent written communication and scripting abilities.
• Familiarity with AI systems and agents.
• Proficiency with social media management tools.
• Data‑driven approach to content strategy and performance optimization.
