Social Coordinator

About the role

The Social Coordinator will support the daily execution and management of social media content for premium beauty and lifestyle brands. Working across Instagram, TikTok and other key platforms, the role ensures timely publishing, community engagement and smooth coordination with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and publish content on Instagram, TikTok and additional social platforms.
• Maintain and update social media calendars using tools such as Monday, Later or similar.
• Monitor comments, direct messages, tagged content and community interactions daily.
• Respond to followers in the brand’s tone of voice.
• Coordinate with Creative, Influencer and Social teams to ensure content readiness.
• Assist with asset organization, uploads and quality assurance before publishing.
• Track performance metrics including engagement, growth and top‑performing posts.
• Stay current on platform trends, viral formats and emerging content opportunities.
• Support reactive and real‑time social media initiatives.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in social media, marketing or digital content roles.
• 2+ years experience in agency environments working with premium beauty or lifestyle brands.
• Proven track record managing Instagram and TikTok content execution and community management.
• Experience using social media scheduling and reporting tools.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, collaborative environments.

Required skills

• Monday.com (or Monday) for content calendar management.
• Later for post scheduling.
• Sprout Social (or similar) for reporting and analytics.
