About the role

The Social & Content Specialist will act as the local engine for implementing and optimizing social media and owned digital content ecosystems for Colgate-Palmolive in Argentina. You will translate core campaign concepts into social‑first assets that boost consumer engagement, reach, and digital commerce conversion across multiple product categories.

Key responsibilities

• Drive a "social‑first" strategy, auditing creative briefs and structuring multimodal content (text, FAQs, video) to capture user intent.
• Lead agency and influencer ecosystem management, including workflow coordination, contract negotiations, and localized campaign execution.
• Integrate social commerce touchpoints, product showcase modules, and live retail features within brand profiles and influencer content.
• Collaborate with Professional Marketing teams to select and develop dental healthcare professionals as brand ambassadors.
• Manage the full asset lifecycle across the digital ecosystem, ensuring compliance with metadata guidelines and DAM protocols.
• Monitor real‑time social listening, platform metrics, and campaign analytics to generate actionable insights.
• Audit and optimize product page content and digital catalog structures to improve consumer experience and AI readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience in social media strategy, content creation, and digital commerce integration.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret social listening and performance data.
