Site Supply Chain Manager

About the role

OPmobility is seeking a Site Supply Chain Manager to lead the supply chain function across its plants. You will ensure alignment with corporate vision, drive performance improvements, and support the transformation of logistics operations in a fast‑moving automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a global logistics dashboard, set targets and monitor achievement across countries and plants.
• Track logistics performance, identify gaps and coordinate recovery action plans.
• Lead and pilot logistics transformation projects to reach best‑in‑class performance.
• Develop, update and enforce supply chain and packaging standards in both operations and engineering.
• Build and manage inbound and outbound supply chain teams, overseeing recruitment, training and skill development.
• Ensure budget adherence for hours, travel costs, investments and workload.
• Provide accurate reporting to all relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading supply chain or logistics functions at a plant or site level.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
• Excellent analytical abilities to interpret performance data and drive corrective actions.
• Capability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Commitment to corporate code of conduct and ethical standards.
