Site Quality System Professional

About the role

OPmobility is seeking a Site Quality System Professional to lead and maintain the plant’s Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with international standards such as ISO/TS and IATF. The role works closely with HSE engineers and plant management to ensure quality, safety, and continuous improvement across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the plant’s IMS, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, objectives, and procedures.
• Coordinate internal audit planning, execution, and follow‑up, using the e‑Solve NC tool to track non‑conformities and closure progress.
• Prepare the site for external audits, manage corrective action plans, and liaise with certification bodies.
• Maintain and evolve quality system documentation, including policies, work instructions, and OEM‑specific records.
• Lead the Layered Process Audit system and support the QRCM process.
• Deliver quality system training through the Exterior & Lighting University platform and act as a local trainer for key materials.
• Oversee archiving of critical quality records, ensuring accessibility for audits or investigations.

Required profile

• Experience with Integrated Management Systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with ISO/TS, IATF, and HSE standards.
• Proven ability to plan and conduct internal and external audits.
• Strong documentation and record‑keeping skills.
• Ability to train and coach plant personnel on quality tools and processes.
