Site Package Manager E&I – Site Salta

About the role

The Site Package Manager E&I supports the Area Manager and Construction Managers by coordinating all engineering and procurement activities required to keep construction and pre‑commissioning on schedule. The role acts as the central liaison between project management, engineering, procurement offices, vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of critical information.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all required engineering and procurement data are available on time for the assigned area or contract.
• Monitor and direct the creation of Construction Work Packages (CWP) for the scope.
• Collaborate with Field Engineering, Site Planning and Material Management to enable proper construction planning.
• Contact vendors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to retrieve missing information proactively.
• Develop technical and functional solutions to optimise construction sequences and meet strategic project objectives.
• Provide expert input on complex technical issues and propose solutions to Area and Construction Managers.

Required profile

• University degree in engineering, preferably electrical or automation, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 10+ years of relevant experience in project engineering/management within an EPC environment.
• Site experience on complex construction projects; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English.
• Willingness to relocate to the site for the duration of the assignment.
