Site Enablement Solutions Project Lead

About the role

The Site Enablement Solutions (SES) Project Lead will drive the delivery of SES services across the lifecycle of clinical trial projects. Working within IQVIA’s global Site Enablement Solutions team, the role supports sponsors by optimizing site performance, patient recruitment, data entry, and other critical trial activities.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with pre‑ and post‑award stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and implement Site Enablement Solutions.
• Develop and execute global delivery strategies, determine internal resourcing, and manage multi‑region operational plans.
• Create and monitor risk management plans to protect project objectives and timelines.
• Communicate progress and impact of SES to sponsors and internal teams, providing proactive recommendations.
• Facilitate site adoption, quality resource placement, and integration with Patient and Site Centric Solutions teams.
• Represent SES in sponsor‑facing meetings, presenting strategy, rationale, and training.
• Own study KPIs, financial performance, scope, quality of deliverables, and compliance with workflow systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in clinical trials.
• Minimum 3 years of experience at a CRO or clinical trial services provider.
• At least 3 years in a Project Manager role.
• Advanced proficiency in English for global collaboration.
