ServiceNow Developer

About the role

OZ Digital LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join its technology consulting team. You will work on client‑facing projects that drive business transformation through the ServiceNow platform, translating business requirements into reliable, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM, creating UI policies, business rules, client scripts and script includes.
• Design and implement complex workflows and automated processes using Flow Designer and the Workflow Editor.
• Develop and maintain integrations with third‑party systems via REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub and JDBC.
• Build custom Service Portal pages and widgets using HTML, CSS, AngularJS and Bootstrap.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Perform unit testing, support user acceptance testing and conduct code reviews to ensure quality and performance.
• Manage update sets, platform upgrades and patches while maintaining documentation of configurations and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience developing or administering ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong JavaScript skills for both client‑side and server‑side scripting, including Glide APIs.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Based in Latin America and available to work during Argentina or EST business hours.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer preferred.
