SEO Specialist – Automotive Focus (Remote)

About the role

Veta Virtual is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to lead strategy and execution for automotive clients. This remote position offers full ownership of SEO initiatives, allowing you to experiment, challenge assumptions, and directly impact rankings and traffic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive organic traffic growth through on‑page SEO, advanced keyword research, technical optimizations, and site‑structure improvements.
• Use GA, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Business Profile to evaluate rankings, diagnose issues, and create actionable plans.
• Implement internal linking, resolve keyword cannibalization, conduct competitor analyses, perform website audits, and develop Local SEO and GEO strategies.
• Experiment with new SEO approaches, test hypotheses, and contribute to a data‑driven team culture.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients, even when challenging their assumptions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with proven ranking results.
• 2+ years of client‑facing agency experience, managing expectations and delivering clear SEO concepts.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Ability to execute both short‑term and long‑term SEO strategies in a constantly changing algorithm environment.
• Strong analytical and independent problem‑solving skills.
