SEO & Social Media Marketing Manager (Full‑Time Contractor)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing medical spa looking to bring our digital marketing in‑house. As the sole SEO & Social Media Marketing Manager, you will act as the internal engine that drives local search visibility, creates engaging social content, and maintains our Wix website.

Key responsibilities

• Own all technical and on‑page SEO for the brand, targeting high‑intent local keywords and optimizing metadata, schema, and images.
• Manage and update the Wix website, publishing specialist content, building landing pages, and improving conversion layouts.
• Stay current with AI‑driven search trends (SGE) and adjust content strategy to maintain top visibility.
• Design, write, and schedule organic social media posts that showcase treatments, patient transformations, and clinical expertise.
• Create visual handouts and collateral using Canva to support marketing campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide concrete KPI improvements to demonstrate impact.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in SEO and digital marketing.
• Proven track record of measurable SEO success with clear KPI improvements.
• Ability to work independently as a full‑time contractor (minimum 32 hours/week).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
