SEO Operations Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented SEO Operations Specialist to execute SEO deliverables for multiple client accounts. Working closely with the SEO Lead, you will ensure on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SEO implementation and quality assurance across client websites.
• Manage technical SEO health, conduct audits and resolve issues.
• Oversee content publishing processes and perform pre‑launch reviews.
• Coordinate local SEO initiatives and Google Business Profile management.
• Track backlinks, monitor performance metrics and produce regular reports.
• Ensure timely delivery of all SEO campaigns and operational deliverables.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in local, on‑page and technical SEO.
• Highly organized operator who follows processes and reviews work thoroughly.
• Technical problem‑solver comfortable with schema markup, Core Web Vitals and backlink management.
• Proactive communicator who identifies issues early and collaborates with internal teams.
• Self‑starter able to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
• Passionate about execution and operational excellence rather than pure strategy.
