SEO Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Operations Specialist to execute and quality‑check SEO deliverables for multiple cannabis‑focused client websites. Working closely with the SEO Lead, you will ensure on‑page, technical and local SEO tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation and QA of on‑page SEO across client sites.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, monitor Core Web Vitals, and resolve issues.
• Review content before publishing and manage pre‑launch checks.
• Oversee local SEO activities, including Google Business Profile management.
• Track backlinks, manage schema markup, and ensure overall SEO health.
• Produce regular reports and guarantee timely delivery of all operational deliverables.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and proactive in spotting and communicating issues.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams.
