SEO Associate Manager

About the role

As an SEO Associate Manager you will own day‑to‑day strategy and execution for a portfolio of healthcare clients while supporting your manager on larger, more complex accounts. You will lead audits, build roadmaps, develop keyword and content strategies, and partner with Account Managers to translate SEO and AI‑driven plans into measurable performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end SEO and AI‑optimized (AIO) strategy for a defined subset of healthcare clients, from onboarding through ongoing execution.
• Build and present strategic client roadmaps that align SEO best practices with business goals.
• Lead keyword research, mapping, and content strategy to drive traditional and AI search visibility.
• Conduct client‑facing strategy conversations and provide hands‑on optimization in WordPress.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and act as the SEO subject‑matter expert across the pod.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Self‑directed, growth‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience executing SEO work at a senior specialist level and readiness to take ownership of accounts.
