Senior Visual Designer – Marketing Site Squad

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer to lead the visual creation of our public‑facing marketing site. The role sits in a new Buenos Aires‑based marketing site squad and works closely with a frontend engineer to define the look, feel and interaction of landing pages, institutional site and campaign pages. The designer will combine high‑level visual craft with product thinking to deliver pages that attract, engage and convert visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end design of the marketing site, from concept through launch and iteration.
• Translate marketing goals and business priorities into clear, compelling web experiences.
• Focus on visual details such as typography, spacing, motion and micro‑interactions to make the site feel alive.
• Collaborate closely with design and frontend engineers to implement designs with precision.
• Iterate quickly: sketch multiple directions, produce high‑fidelity mockups, ship and refine.
• Apply a product mindset to each page, considering user flow, funnel impact and measurable metrics.
• Contribute to the evolution of the visual language and design system for the public site.

Required profile

• Solid experience in web and visual design, preferably at an agency or in‑house, across multiple brands.
• Strong understanding of product design, with focus on users, metrics and business goals.
• Obsessive attention to visual detail – spacing, type, motion and interaction.
• Ability to create purposeful animation and motion that adds value.
• Independent decision‑maker who can move forward without waiting for every detail.
• Portfolio showcasing high‑quality, high‑craft work on real websites.
• Comfortable in a fast‑moving environment where priorities shift quickly.
• Collaborative mindset: works closely with engineers, asks questions and pushes back when needed.
