Senior Video Editor and AI Creative Producer

About the role

Lemon Adds, a performance‑marketing agency for DTC and e‑commerce brands, seeks a senior creator who blends top‑tier video editing, direct‑response advertising insight, and advanced AI production. You will own projects from brief through concept, script, production, and final delivery, creating paid social ads, UGC edits, branded product videos, and organic social content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original concepts, hooks, scripts, storyboards, and shot lists based on product research and social trends.
• Edit short‑form ads for Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, integrating creator footage, product assets, and AI‑generated scenes with strong pacing and clear calls‑to‑action.
• Create realistic AI‑generated UGC‑style videos with believable people, lip‑sync, and product interactions.
• Produce AI product videos and motion graphics while preserving product shape, scale, packaging, and visual consistency.
• Collaborate with media buyers, using performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) to refine creative assets.
• Finalize assets by correcting AI artifacts, polishing color and audio, verifying captions, and exporting for specific placements.

Required profile

• Portfolio of finished DTC e‑commerce ads used in paid campaigns, preferably across multiple brands.
• Strong direct‑response instincts and ability to craft persuasive hooks and narratives.
• Expert AI production skills demonstrated in realistic UGC‑style video, consistent characters, lip‑sync, and motion graphics.
• Professional written and spoken English, reliable remote collaboration, and availability for full‑time US Pacific hours from LATAM.

Required skills

• Video editing: Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Motion graphics/compositing: After Effects or comparable tools.
• AI video platforms: Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Google Veo (or similar).
• Voice and performance tools: ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Runway Act‑Two, Higgsfield lip‑sync workflows.
• Image preparation: Photoshop, Firefly, Nano Banana (or equivalents).
