Senior Technical Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for senior and specialized technology roles. You will work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, partnering with US‑based clients and internal teams to deliver top talent quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for senior technical profiles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate directly with US clients and hiring managers to define role requirements and set expectations.
• Build and maintain pipelines across engineering, architecture, data, and product disciplines.
• Implement creative sourcing strategies beyond job boards, including referrals, LinkedIn, tech communities, and passive candidates.
• Screen, evaluate, and present candidates with clear, polished summaries in English.
• Manage the candidate experience from outreach through onboarding, keeping all parties informed.
• Track recruiting metrics, identify risks early, and proactively resolve issues.
• Coordinate searches with the MAS LATAM team across Argentina, Colombia, Brazil and other locations.

Required profile

• Minimum C1 level English; daily communication with US clients and interview conduction in English.
• 7+ years of hands‑on technical recruiting experience, covering backend, frontend, AI, QA, data, cloud and architecture roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent searches without sacrificing quality.
• Strong sourcing instincts and the ability to identify the right fit quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to simplify complex information.
• Experience with ATS platforms and meticulous data hygiene.
• High sense of urgency, follow‑through and loop‑closing.
• Background working in distributed, cross‑border teams; nearshore or staffing experience is a plus.
