About the role

The Senior Tech Recruiter will join Disney’s talent acquisition team on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis, acting as the primary liaison for hiring managers across technology and engineering functions. You will drive end‑to‑end recruitment, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless hiring experience in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a consultative recruitment partner, advising hiring managers on talent‑acquisition strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates.
• Attract and engage passive talent by communicating Disney’s value proposition.
• Conduct detailed technical screenings and assess compensation expectations.
• Utilize innovative sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and diversity‑focused sites.
• Maintain workflow efficiency using ATS and CRM tools.
• Generate recruitment analytics, reports, and market research to refine strategies.
• Share and promote best‑practice recruiting methods across the organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑service recruitment for technology or engineering roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative communication skills.
