Senior Tax Analyst

About the role

The Senior Tax Analyst will work closely with Tax Managers, Directors and global business stakeholders to support tax accounting, financial reporting and tax transformation initiatives. This position offers the chance to deepen expertise in income‑tax accounting, US GAAP reporting and to independently manage tax reporting processes in a multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review quarterly and annual tax reporting deliverables, including income tax provisions and deferred tax calculations.
• Analyze effective tax rate drivers, tax account fluctuations and maintain supporting workpapers and reconciliations.
• Assist in drafting US GAAP tax disclosures and statutory reporting requirements.
• Support month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close activities, ensuring timely journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Research tax accounting issues, contribute to technical tax projects and tax transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Financial Reporting, FP&A and Tax teams across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide documentation for internal and external audits.
• Utilize Oracle Tax Reporting Cloud and other tools to improve reporting processes, identify automation opportunities and guide junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in tax accounting, tax reporting or financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 740 concepts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast‑paced, global environment.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset.
