Senior Systems Administrator – Cloud & Security

About the role

Boldin is looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to own the reliability, security, and performance of its compute, identity, endpoint, and SaaS services. You will design resilient infrastructure, drive automation, lead complex incidents, and manage lifecycle work across a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain core infrastructure and cloud services, including patching, capacity planning, and lifecycle management.
• Manage identity and access workflows (SSO, directory, joiner/mover/leaver processes) and keep entitlements clean.
• Own the device fleet via MDM, handling patching, configuration baselines, compliance, and support.
• Fine‑tune monitoring, lead incident response, develop runbooks, and create automation to prevent future issues.
• Support security operations and compliance (access reviews, endpoint posture, audit evidence) for SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.
• Maintain documentation, mentor team members, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years in senior systems administration or IT engineering, with end‑to‑end ownership of environments.
• Strong cloud experience (AWS, GCP or Azure) and modern OS administration at scale (Linux, macOS, Windows Server).
• Hands‑on experience with identity, SSO, SAML/OIDC, and provisioning workflows.
• Production‑grade MDM experience on at least one major platform.
• Proficient scripting in Python, Bash or PowerShell; familiarity with configuration management or IaC is a plus.
• Solid networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, firewalls) and experience with SaaS/GRC platforms.
• Operational ownership of SOC 2, ISO 27001 or similar compliance controls.
• Advanced English proficiency and good remote judgment.
