Senior Social Media Specialist

About the role

The Senior Social Media Specialist will lead Endava's social media strategy across North America and Latin America, driving brand reputation, community engagement and employee advocacy.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and optimise social media strategy, aligning campaigns with regional business objectives.
• Develop, manage and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X and YouTube using management and automation tools.
• Support organic and paid initiatives, monitor performance and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Lead community engagement, respond to comments, messages and mentions in line with brand guidelines.
• Manage employee advocacy programme, onboarding participants and measuring impact.
• Conduct social listening, track sentiment, competitor activity and emerging topics, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Identify reputational risks, support crisis communications and build reporting dashboards.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in social media marketing, community management or employee advocacy for regional or global brands.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Proficiency in social listening and sentiment analysis tools.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter) and YouTube best practices.
• Ability to analyse social media metrics and produce insight‑driven reports.
