Senior Social Media & Creator Growth Manager

About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level social media leader to design, launch, and scale a full‑funnel social ecosystem for a fast‑growing e‑commerce/DTC brand. The role is remote and focuses on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging short‑form platforms, turning organic content into a primary growth channel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑platform social strategies that drive growth and revenue.
• Create monthly and quarterly content roadmaps aligned with product launches and campaigns.
• Identify high‑performing content formats, scale them, and turn analytics into actionable improvements.
• Partner with paid‑media teams to amplify top‑performing organic creatives.
• Build and manage a structured creator/influencer program, including sourcing, brief writing, and performance review.
• Define and maintain brand voice across all social channels and ensure consistency with ads and educational messaging.
• Establish workflows, SOPs, and production systems to increase output efficiency.
• Oversee community interactions, track KPIs (engagement, clicks, revenue attribution), and drive measurable ecommerce performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience growing e‑commerce or DTC brand accounts on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.
• Strong background in creator‑led marketing, short‑form content, and UGC.
• Demonstrated success managing creators, influencers, or ambassador programs.
• Experience building content systems, workflows, or leading small teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment and handling NSFW content when required.
