Senior Revenue Growth Manager – Argentina & Uruguay

About the role

The Senior Revenue Growth Manager will drive revenue acceleration across Argentina and Uruguay for Coca Cola Latin America. Reporting to the C&CL Senior Director, the role translates global and regional guidelines into local pricing, portfolio, and promotional strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead revenue growth acceleration initiatives for both markets.
• Own the price agenda: set strategy, monitor execution, ensure compliance.
• Define portfolio and mix‑management strategies and track their performance.
• Build promotional‑optimization capabilities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of trade promotions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in Revenue Growth Management, data analytics, pricing, business planning and project management.
• Strong relationship‑building and strategic leadership skills, able to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (mandatory).
• Proficiency with Access, Power BI, Tableau and SQL (highly desired).
• Knowledge of Nielsen, Kantar, Scanntech or similar data sources.
• Fluent in English and/or Spanish.
