Senior Recruiter (Sales and Distribution)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our fast‑paced talent acquisition team focused on Sales and Distribution hiring in Buenos Aires. The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office, and demands a proactive, relationship‑driven approach to full‑cycle recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting processes for Sales and Distribution positions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Screen candidates, manage interviews, and drive offers to acceptance.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract top‑tier talent and maintain robust pipelines.
• Provide market insights and talent recommendations as a trusted advisor.
• Participate in pipeline reviews, talent mapping, and recruiting strategy discussions.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruiting processes.

Required profile

• 6–10+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in Sales, Distribution, or Technology roles.
• Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Proven track record building and nurturing talent pipelines in fast‑growth environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
