Senior Recruiter

About the role

Omniscient is looking for a Senior Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end hiring process as the company scales. You will be the sole recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing talent across all departments, from technical to non‑technical roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for every open position, from defining the search to delivering a signed offer.
• Proactively source passive candidates and build tailored sourcing strategies for each role.
• Write compelling job postings and adjust them based on candidate quality.
• Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and keep candidates moving through the pipeline.
• Negotiate offers, manage compensation discussions, and address counteroffers.
• Partner with hiring managers to prioritize needs, set realistic criteria, and design efficient interview processes.
• Own and maintain the Ashby ATS, ensuring data accuracy and building new recruiting workflows.
• Track weekly and monthly recruiting metrics, maintain dashboards, and surface insights to flag at‑risk searches.

Required profile

• Several years of senior, full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast‑paced marketing or creative agency.
• Strong proactive sourcing mindset with a proven ability to engage passive talent.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable making independent hiring decisions and managing the entire recruitment funnel.
