Senior Recruiter

About the role

Cielo is looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead full‑cycle talent acquisition for its pharmaceutical and corporate RPO clients. Based in Buenos Aires, you will act as a brand ambassador, partnering with hiring managers to deliver top‑quality candidates while maintaining proactive communication throughout the search.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed job‑scope conversations with hiring leaders to define position specifications.
• Review and triage applicants in the applicant tracking system in a timely manner.
• Design and launch recruitment marketing campaigns tailored to each opening.
• Source candidates using resume databases, sophisticated Boolean search, social media channels, and deep‑web techniques.
• Generate targeted lists of passive candidates through member subscriptions and advanced technologies.
• Solicit referrals from business networks and internal sources.
• Utilize proprietary software tools for mobile recruiting and candidate management.
• Mentor junior recruiters and other team members, sharing innovative sourcing approaches.

Required profile

• Approximately 5 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience in the pharmaceutical industry or corporate RPO environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (essential).
• Strong consultative mindset and ability to act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
• Willingness to work on a hybrid schedule (2‑3 days onsite, negotiable).
