Senior Python Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Python Engineer to join a project building a real‑time, AI‑powered voice platform on AWS. The role focuses on designing, developing and operating Python microservices that power voice pipelines and integrate with third‑party services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Python‑based backend microservices.
• Build and integrate REST APIs for authentication, RBAC and external services.
• Implement real‑time voice pipeline integrations such as SIP, WebRTC and LiveKit.
• Develop connectors to systems like Zoho CRM, Google Calendar and Microsoft Calendar.
• Deploy, monitor and operate services on AWS (ECS, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, S3).
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket Pipelines and containerize applications with Docker/Docker Compose.
• Collaborate with AI, frontend and DevOps teams, participate in code reviews and release processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and microservices architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services and containerisation.
• Proven ability to work in complex, distributed, Agile environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English for technical documentation.
