Senior PSCM Functional Analyst - Global Resource Management

About the role

EY is looking for a Senior Functional Analyst for its Global Resource Management products. The role supports and continuously improves the technology products used by Resource Management worldwide, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, technical teams and third-party vendors. It sits in a globally distributed team covering the Americas, EMEIA and Asia-Pacific, and covers the full product lifecycle: support, requirements, testing, release management, training and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional support for a portfolio of global Resource Management products, investigate and resolve Level 2 incidents and service requests, and monitor support queues against agreed service levels.
• Analyse recurring issues and create knowledge articles, user guidance and support documentation.
• Gather and document business requirements, run workshops and process discussions, and turn them into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and functional specifications.
• Support testing (system, regression, UAT), triage defects, coordinate release planning and deployment, and support release communications and training.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, vendors and internal teams, and escalate risks and issues with recommendations.
• Maintain requirements, testing, process and support documentation, and support compliance with change management, data privacy and access management.
• Use stakeholder feedback and operational data to recommend improvements and contribute to product roadmaps.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in functional analysis, business analysis, product support, enterprise application support or technology project delivery.
• Experience supporting business applications in a global organisation, gathering requirements, supporting testing including UAT, and resolving application incidents.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams and flexibility to collaborate across time zones.

Required skills

• Ideally: Agile delivery, Azure DevOps, Jira or similar backlog tools, ServiceNow or another ITSM platform, and cloud-based or SaaS product support.
• Preferred: experience with vendor relationships, change management, application integrations, APIs and data flows, and EY Resource Management applications such as ProFinda, Retain and RM Assist.
• Tools: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint), Microsoft Planner, and process mapping and requirements management tools.
