Senior Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead medium‑to‑large staff‑augmentation projects for global clients. You will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensure project quality, and drive financial performance while working fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report project outcomes, providing coaching and discipline as needed.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
• Foster a collaborative environment, retain talent, and identify growth opportunities for team members.
• Analyze billable utilization, capacity planning, and forecast project profitability.
• Forecast financial results, manage expenditures, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Support strategic technology implementation plans to improve organizational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Strong background in the IT industry with deep knowledge of project management practices and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team‑motivation skills.
• Proficient English (written and spoken) for interaction with global teams and clients.
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer is a plus.
