Senior Project Manager

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager you will lead cross‑functional teams to plan, execute and deliver marketing programmes on time and within budget. You will act as the central point of contact, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal stakeholders, agencies and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end project lifecycle from briefing through creative development to final delivery.
• Define and continuously improve processes across internal teams and external agencies.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, deliverables and communication plans for assigned marketing programmes.
• Partner with account management and finance to scope projects and manage budgets.
• Allocate resources, monitor daily workloads and adjust schedules as needed.
• Coordinate with creative and production teams to ensure scope, quality and timely delivery.
• Conduct quality control reviews of all deliverables before client submission.
• Track project changes, assess impact on cost and timeline, and report risks.

Required profile

• 3+ years of project management experience working with cross‑functional teams and clients.
• Hands‑on experience delivering marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL) and understanding basic performance metrics.
• Proven ability to develop and manage project timelines for multiple complex initiatives.
• Comfortable thriving in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and prioritising tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High energy, go‑getter attitude with the ability to work independently or within a team.
• Curiosity about AI tools and agentic workflows is a plus.
• Experience in a creative agency setting is an advantage.
