Senior Project Manager

About the role

PwC is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead client engagements in Buenos Aires. You will be responsible for delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client projects, managing timelines, budgets, and task assignments.
• Maintain core project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk & issue logs.
• Monitor progress across workstreams and ensure deliverables are met.
• Identify, assess, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal teams and clients to resolve roadblocks and align expectations.
• Prepare final deliverables with observations and recommendations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and templates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, PMO, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of information management, information security, and data protection.
• Ability to anticipate risks and manage dependencies across teams.

Required skills

• Team leadership and cross‑functional coordination.
• Deep knowledge of Project Management best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Basic familiarity with technology transformations and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday).
• Proficiency or quick adaptability to project management tools.
