Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will own end‑to‑end delivery for assigned accounts, overseeing planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Working closely with the Operations Squad Lead, the role serves as the primary project‑level contact for clients, ensuring high performance, quality, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise global internal and external teams, managing both direct and indirect reports.
• Develop, analyze, and implement project plans, schedules, estimates, and proposals.
• Conduct risk assessments and define mitigation strategies.
• Oversee QA activities, resource allocation, defect management, and quality reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial data, invoice approvals, and margin management.
• Prepare and deliver weekly status updates, budget‑to‑actual analysis, and quarterly business reviews.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, vendors, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Create and maintain process documentation and drive continuous improvement.
