Senior Production Designer

About the role

Monks is looking for a Senior Production Designer to join its Buenos Aires office. You will work within a global team creating high‑quality digital assets for product interfaces, social media, and display advertising for a world‑recognised brand.

Key responsibilities

• Design static visuals across multiple channels, ensuring pixel‑perfect quality.
• Collaborate with designers, illustrators, animators, editors and art directors across time zones.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and adapt assets for different formats, dimensions and languages.
• Organise files, layers and folders for efficient production and hand‑off to QA testers.
• Lead projects independently, from style setting to format cutting and language versioning.

Required profile

• Approximately 6 years of experience creating digital ads and assets.
• Strong eye for layout, balance and visual detail.
• Ability to work autonomously, communicate clearly and collaborate with international teams.
• Proactive attitude toward process efficiency and repetitive tasks.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with Sketch or Figma is a plus.
• Retouching and silhouetting techniques.
