Join Dialpad as a Senior Product, Privacy and Regulatory Counsel, where you will sit at the vital intersection of cutting-edge product innovation, data privacy, and global regulatory compliance. You won't just be a compliance controller; you will be a strategic builder, helping us shape the future of AI-powered communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive legal strategy for the design, launch, and global deployment of AI-driven products.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Security, Telephony, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to integrate legal judgment from inception.
• Develop frameworks, practical guides, and safeguards to position Dialpad as a trusted, enterprise-ready AI platform.
• Advise on AI governance, "privacy-by-design," and regulatory risks throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support the development of legal frameworks covering AI training data, LLM usage, and model governance.
• Ensure compliance with the EU AI Act, US state AI laws, FTC directives, and global privacy standards (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, etc.).

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience navigating the complex legal landscape of emerging technologies and AI.
• A proactive "builder" mindset with the ability to provide actionable legal guidance rather than just identifying obstacles.
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
• Excellent communication skills with high visibility to executive leadership and enterprise clients.
