Senior Product Manager

About the role

AppDirect’s Tackle business unit is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own critical capabilities on the Tackle Platform and Salesforce integration, focusing on co‑sell and benefits. You will work closely with engineering, design, and customer‑facing teams to shape product vision and deliver scalable, reliable solutions for cloud go‑to‑market journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for the Co‑sell & Benefits area.
• Build and ship customer‑facing products that enable access to partner and cloud ecosystems.
• Gather deep customer, partner, and stakeholder insights to translate into clear product requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and go‑to‑market teams to deliver features and improvements.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize work, set success metrics, and measure impact.
• Balance short‑term needs with long‑term platform scalability and health.

Required profile

• 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a strong track record of shipping customer‑facing products.
• Experience working with hyperscalers and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure).
• Proven ability to partner with engineering and design to turn ambiguous problems into clear requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving execution in a fast‑moving environment.
