Senior Producer – Creative Video & Audio

About the role

The Senior Producer will lead the creation of high‑impact video and audio content for a global business intelligence company’s in‑house agency. Working across four business divisions and corporate initiatives, you will craft compelling storytelling that supports marketing and brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic video and audio solutions that align with and expand the brand.
• Leverage AI‑driven tools to increase efficiency and innovation in the creative workflow.
• Collaborate with creative teams, motion designers, writers and corporate stakeholders to deliver cohesive multi‑channel campaigns.
• Lead end‑to‑end production of customer‑focused videos and podcasts, including pre‑production, studio, on‑location, and post‑production.
• Maintain and refine standards and processes for the highest quality output.
• Stay current with industry trends, technology, and best practices in video, broadcast, and audio production.
• Work with the Senior Technical Producer to manage third‑party vendor relationships.
• Track project progress and generate studio usage and metric reports.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand visualisation.
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience producing video and audio content for corporate or agency environments.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize feedback quickly and iterate on creative concepts.
• Strong understanding of global financial markets and target audiences.
• Portfolio showcasing exceptional video and audio work.
